Acquired Artworks

Over the years, the Friends of the Institute have supported the acquisition of art for Mia’s permanent collection.

A few notable examples include the Japanese Tea House, Vue du lac de Challes et du Mont Blanc (View of the Lake of Challes and Mont Blanc) by Elisabeth Louise Vigee-LeBrun and, most recently, Still Life with Dahlias, Zinnias, Hollyhocks and Plums by Eugene Delacroix.
